Express Auto Transport regrets that JAs transport went beyond the normal timeframe. JA claims to have never been contaced by an Express Auto Transport represenative. This is simply not true. JA was contacted was status updates by his customer service representative on 6/22, 6/29, 7/2, and 7/16.
