I contacted Express Auto Transport because they had the best price on the list of recommended transporters when I purchased the car on eBay. I had tried contacting other transporters but had little luck getting responses back. Express immediately gave me a quote, timeline, and assigned me a personal representative. The vehicle I purchased was not running, so a winch was required to load it into the trailer. This caused some extra effort, but worked out and the car was picked up within the timeframe promised. The company that contracted to carry the car was easy to deal with also, with new, clean equipment and excellent customer service as well. All in all, a pleasant experience.
