I was very impressed with the customer service. The company was in contact with us the day before the pickup...hours before and the same on the delivery. My van was in the same condition on the drop off as the pick up. Just a lot of bugs on the back since it was the first loaded. However, this was expected since it was an open trailer. I would highly reccomend this company for any vehicle transportation needs! Thanks for the great service Express Auto!
