Express Auto Transport regrets that we were unable to transport Katherines vehicle within our normal timeframe. As Katherine says we did have her vehicle assigned for pick up, but the carrier had unforeseen mechanical issues. Kathrine chose to cancel shortly after this occurred and we did not have time to schedule another carrier to her vehicle for pick up.
