I contacted these people to transport my car from Pittsburgh to Davenport, IA. I gave them a month's lead time specifying that i had to have the car picked up the day before Easter. I had to drive from Davenport to Pittsbugh to have my car ready for pick up. I was required to make a deposit on my credit card to ensure the transport. They never arranged a pick up and I lost two days of work. I found another transport company and had my car picked up in a day and a half. I called Express Transport to cancel my order. When I received my credit card statement, they charged $195.00 to my credit card. This is how they do business. They expect me to pay $195.00 for doing absolutely NOTHING!

Mr. Pivirotto selected our standard service which does not guarantee specific pick up dates. Express Auto Transport offers an Immediate Pick Up Service for customers that require a specific pick up date. Express Auto Transport does require a deposit. The reason for this is that in the past we had customers that booked with several companies and when we sent a truck to pick up the vehicle it had already been picked up by another carrier. We were out the time and expense with no recourse. Mr Pivirotto chose to cancel his order within fifteen days of his ready date and as per our terms and conditions he will forfeit a portion of his deposit.
