My vehicle was picked up in the afternoon of one day and delivered early the afternoon of the next day. The driver was very helpful and called to ask when I would be there. He was able to work around my schedule and even gave me his cell number in case I had any questions. Also Express Auto Transport gave me the name and number of a specialist (Melissa Moore) that made sure everything went well and also gave me a number where I could reach her at any time. After the vehicle was delivered Melissa even wrote me on the email to ask how the transport had gone. I had a previous bad experience with a different shipping company and Express Auto Transport was very reassuring and helpful.
