The vehicle was dropped off and I can honestly say that even after reading about how auto transport is a nightmare, this was one of the most effortless transactions I have ever made!

Also, being a former customer relationship management consultant, you guys are doing a great job of keeping the customer informed about the whole process along the way. I was never in the dark about what was going on throughout the process.

Your selection of a subcontractor was outstanding as well. Rick was a courteous and friendly driver and because this was a "sight-unseen car purchase" he assured me that the car was great when he picked it up.

You all get five out of five stars in my book! If I ever have the need to have an auto transported, you can be assured that I will be contacting you. As an Ohio economic development officer and Chamber director, I am committed to buying Ohio and you just made an outstanding argument for all Ohioans to do just that!
