Excellent Transportation from WI to CA

I chose Express Auto Transport to transport a BMW 850CSi from Wisconsin to California. Originally I was told that the car would be picked up within 1-7 days from the time the order was placed. It actually ended up being 10 days. But it was not a big issue because I was told up front that finding an enclosed carrier took longer than finding an open carrier. The car was picked up very early morning in Wisconsin and was delivered a week later in California. They beat the estimated delivery date by 3 days, so that was an unexpected bonus. The car was delivered in a very nicely equipped enclosed carrier with a power lift gate, so the car just had to be driven off. The car was supposed to have been washed, but had not been. Again, a minor detail. The transport driver was very professional. Communication between the driver and the dispatch office didn't seem to be the greatest. There was sometimes a day or two lag time between inquiries.

I would rate this experience a 9 out of 10. I would definitely use Express Auto Transport again in the future. They delivered my car on time (actually early), undamaged, and at a very reasonable price. The ladies in the dispatch office were always friendly and responsive. The only reason I would not rate them a 10 out of 10 is for the few very minor issues I mentioned above. I feel confident recommending them to anyone needing their vehicle transported.
