It was my first time transporting a vehicle and these folks made it so easy and comfortable to do this. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way by email AND phone to make sure I was in the loop from the time the truck was scheduled, pick up (the trucker even called me to let me know he'll be there in 2 hours!!) through drop off at destination. Overall VERY impressive and definitely recommend them to my friends.
