Tonia A. and Larry Lori did a superb job. Tonia A. was very helpful and polite, made call and returned calls promptly. All questions I had were answered and I was provided with quality information. Your customer service reps should be commended. They should receive 5 stars. I was not as pleased with the delivery. Times were good, but the driver left the key on in the truck and ran the battery down. It had to be jumped to be started and when unloading the truck he gave it too much gas while trying to keep it running and kicked a ramp out and dropped the front end of the truck pretty hard. I could see no damage, but hope none will result later from the drop.
