My initial contact with Auto Express was very timely and professional from the time I requested the proposal to making the order. The next day I recieved a call from the assigned agent who left a message to see if there were any changes. I called him and emailed him with one change and never heard back from him. I did need to follow up after six days to see if my motorcycle had a pickup date and the customer service lady was polite and explained that they were in contact with a carrier. I recieved an email from the company when it was picked up and given a tenative delivery date. The carrier called me the night before delivery and gave me a two hour window of delivery which was met on time. The carrier was polite and used great care in unloading of my bike. The carrier obviously was a veteran of transport.
