When I first contacted Express Auto Transport I spoke with Gary at extention 2037.
Gary took all of the information needed about transporting a 2000 BMW that I was buying and was located in Marion Mass. and was to be transported to Virginia.Gary gave me a price quote of $695.00 and referance number (80908810445.
After sending payment to the seller I called Express Auto back to schedule the transport of the BMW from Marion Masss. to Virginia. I was transfered to customer service and talked to Rob Wolfenden,he took the quote number I was given by Gary when I first contacted Express Auto and put the information in the system for pick up.I was emailed by Rob when a pick up date was confirmed and was told the approximate delivery date.The experience of Gary and Rob at Express Auto was evident as all details concerning the transport were taken care of with ease.
I would recomend this transport company to anyone needing to have a vehicle transported,and thank Gary,Rob and everyone at Express Auto for another satisfied customer for a job well done.
