What a nightmare..... I overnighted the deposit to these people on 10/2/05 and was promised delivery of my m/c within 5 to 16 days. Today is 11/1/05 and not only is my m/c not here it isn't even picked up yet, and the worst part is now they can't even say when they can pick-up! Every day it is the same story from dispatch " there just isn't anything leaving that area...but I've got you on the top of my list." The point of origin is NY City!!! It's hard to imagine that there are not any trucks leaving that major city in the last month.Well, I cancelled my order today and they informed me that I might get my deposit back in a couple of weeks..."let me transfer you to accountings voice mail." After doing some investigation with both the BB and the AG office in Ohio I discovered that these people have had 38 disputes in the last 32 months with the BBB, and the Attorney General of Ohio has 6 now. How they stay in business is a mystery to me. If you want to see more negative reports similar to mine check them at epinions.com..I only wish I had checked these people out first before sending them a deposit,... and then believing their put off stories. Lucky for me the guy I bought the m/c from has been patient and is a good guy or I would be in real trouble. The supervisor told me today that they could send a wrecker to his house and have the bike stored at a wrecking yard if that would help. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere for a shipper.
