The hold times on the phone were a bit long sometimes and when I was transfered, I wasn't explained why or where I was being transfered.

My biggest complaint is that we were NEVER updated or kept informed of the process. Once I made initial contact and set up the transport, I did get an email with the estimated pick up and drop off dates. The pick up date was 6 days from when I got the email. I didn't expect contact in that six days of waiting, but I expected some kind of contact to start on the estimated pick up date. The estimated pick up date was a Saturday and I didn't have any contact from anyone. By Monday I called and was on hold for a very long time. Once someone came on the line and I gave them my order# - he didn't have all the correct information in front of him and then I was nervous that this wasn't going to work. I was told that they were trying to contact the driver and find out the status. I then called the man that I bought the truck from and he told me that the truck was supposed to be picked up that day, but hadn't been yet. Once the truck was picked up, the man that I bought the truck from called me, but I still hadn't heard anything from the driver or Express. On Tuesday I did get an email telling me that the truck was picked up.

Long story short - I got the same thing with drop off - no body called to keep us informed. I had to keep calling and getting the information that I needed.

Yes we would use your service again - but you just need to keep your customer much better informed.
