We apologize to BB for the inconvenience. However what he fails to mention in his complaint is that the vehicle in question was actually a fire truck. It is extremely difficult to locate carriers capable of transporting this type of vehicle. Express Auto Transport worked diligently to find the best solution that would adhere to BB’s budget and time constraints and it is unfortunate that he is disappointed with the efforts put forth.
