After a month of waiting they finally reaized that they had under bid. What was their solution to that? Raise the price of course. When the transport finally did happen we had to find a place for the driver to unload because he did not have the right equipment to get the vehicle off his truck.

We apologize to BB for the inconvenience. However what he fails to mention in his complaint is that the vehicle in question was actually a fire truck. It is extremely difficult to locate carriers capable of transporting this type of vehicle. Express Auto Transport worked diligently to find the best solution that would adhere to BB’s budget and time constraints and it is unfortunate that he is disappointed with the efforts put forth.
