I am very pleased with the service I received pertaining to arrangements for the delivery of the Model A Truck which I purchased. Both Mr.Larry Lori and Ms. Lynnette Miller treated me with professional courtesy and asked pertinent questions to guide me through the process of using auto transporter. Ms Miller was especially helpful and encouraging to me. I had made a credit card deposit and had expected my truck to be ready for delivery (according to the ad on ebay).
However, a long delay occurred for repairs to be made to get the truck in running condition. When I explained the situation to Ms. Miller, (but not knowing that it would amount to a three month delay), she told me not to worry and that she would work with me and be available it I had any question or problems. She fulfilled that promise for which I am very appreciative. I would give both Ms. Miller and Mr. Lori a Five Star Rating.
By the way, I checked with other transporters on ebay regarding charges for pickup and delivery.
Your rates were the best by far, the service was great and the person who delivered my truck had a nice clean and modern enclosed rig. He too, was a very nice gentleman. I am a satisfied customer.
