Explanation of service was completely satisfactory with the first phone call. Everyone was polite and informative though there was very little contact since everything went smoothly. We never had to call to inquire about our car. A third party was hired by the name of V-Z Transport...they picked up our car in CA on the first day they said they would and delivered it two days later in North Texas. Four days early. They called us the day before and told us what time we could expect them and they arrived on the dot. They were polite, our car was in perfect condition and even their big transporter was clean and new looking. We paid $1095.00 which was the next to cheapest quote. If we are ever in need of their services again we will certainly use them.
