The customer service reps at Express Auto Transport were very responsive and good to deal with. The truck driver picked up the car 1 day late, the day after he had originally arranged to pick it up. But then he dropped it off one day early at our request, and this was really important to us. We were leaving to visit family....and we would not have been here on the oirignal drop-off date. The driver and his assistant were also very helpful in getting the truck (a 1940 Dodge pickup) off the truck...it had tires....but it was not running, had no engine, no working brakes or steering....and also they helped us move it to the side of our driveway. So we had a very good experience with this company and the driver.
