Overall, the service and the price of the transport was great. I received my vehicle the exact day the customer service representative quoted and it was in excellent condition when it came off the truck. One of my major concerns was with the condition that it would be in when it arrived considering it was being transported from Michigan to Louisiana. However, I could tell that it had been properly taken care of during the transport, and this alone would make me chose Express Auto again.

The only drawback was on communication. I had to follow up with the customer service representative on getting a driver assigned about 7 days after my order was placed. I was aware that it could take up to 7 days to get a driver assigned, but the customer should be notified in some way of the progress of getting a driver assigned rather than not hearing anything at all. Once a driver was assigned the communication improved. Overall, I had a good experience with Express Auto and would recommend them to others, as well as consider them for future use.
