Melissa kept in phone contact with me at all times. I was kept apprised of the location of the shipment. Joe the driver was very helpful and polite when picking up the bike and some extra items. He put my 86 year-old aunt at ease. The bike arrived in pristine condition as did the extra items. Great service - I would recommend this transporter!
