Everyone was very nice and helpful. Cheerfully answered all questions about the pick up. Contacted the truck driver to help determine the drop off time. Jimmy, the driver, called several times with updates on his arrival. He dropped off very close to where my wife works even though the area is under a lot of construction. It had to be very challenging. He was very nice to my wife and the car looks great!
