I contacted Express Auto Transport by email at the same time I contacted 3 other Transport companies. Express was the fastest to respond, although they were not the least expensive. After receiving the quote by email, I called the 800 number and spoke to Nancy (sorry, no last name provided. She was very knowledgeable. What surprised me the most, however, is that when she didn't know the answer to a question she told me so and took very little time to come back on the phone with the answer. That is not something you see every day. After paying my deposit, I was contacted by Lynnette Miller. She is a very friendly and customer service oriented person who kept me abreast of every step involving the pickup and delivery of my bike. In all I would, without a second thought, use Express Auto Transport again.
