When I was turned over to Lynnette Miller she went over and put extra concern
into actual quoted and relayed pickup expected times driver reconfirmation updated
approxiamate times due to other pickups and deliveries and holiday and traffic issues.
The actual commitmnet of said pickup and delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to
unforseen events hindering multiple deliveres. Lynnette did her dammedest with
attempted communication updats and help ease the time schedule buffer.
Again I thank her for the utmost ability to make the monitoring as forseeable as possible.
