I purchased a car on e-bay in Texas and needed to get it back to Minnesota. I used the link from e-bay to get a quote on shipping from Express Auto Transport. I was surprised the quote was about the same as what it would cost me to drive down and drive it back, and I wouldn't need to take time off work. Having it shipped was a no brainer. I first contacted them with a phone call to ask some general questions. They were very pleasant on the phone and had all the information from the e-bay sale right in front of them as soon as I gave them the quote number. After I gave them the go ahead they processed the order and told me it would be a week or so. They sent out information by email to both me and the seller and handled all communications very clearly. They contacted me for the shipment earlier than I expected and had a truck ready to make the pickup. Arrangements were made with the seller and the pickup went well from what I heard. The truck driver contacted me twice by phone on his way to let me know his progress and eta. I gave him final directions and met him at the drop off point. When I got there the car was unloaded and running, with paperwork ready to go. The driver was also very pleasant and I didn't have any bad experiences in the whole process. Overall I was very impressed and everyone in the process was very professional and courteous.
