To ensure the best value and service to our customers, Express Auto Transport requires high standards of quality from our own transportation fleet and our network of carriers. We hold all carriers accountable to these principles in order to preserve a high level of business integrity.
Unfortunately, sometimes situations arise where a carrier does not adhere to these standards. When this occurs, Express Auto Transport must act on behalf of our customers and protect their interests. In the majority of cases, we are able to address the issue at hand and come to a mutually satisfactory solution. However, in this case with Kelly’s Auto Transport, Chris Kelly was unwilling to work within the required standard guidelines and procedures. This caused an unfortunate and lengthy dispute, which ultimately had to be handled by counsel outside of Express Auto Transport.
Regrettably, this incident has caused Kelly’s Auto Transport to receive an unfavorable rating and they are no longer within Express Auto Transport’s carrier network.
