I received the vehicle on Friday in good shape. This was a purchase from Michigan, and both myself and the seller were out of town at various points of the shipping process. I made arrangements with another person here in Florida to receive it.

My point of all this is that although convoluted as the process was, it went off without a hitch. Express AT kept me informed of what was going on, and accomodated changes in contact persons, phone numbers, etc. You were also within 10% of the lowest quote I received (and I got a lot)!

Thank you for your service and value. If I ever have need of auto transport services again, I will simply call you.
