I bought my vehicle off Ebay and got a quote from Express Auto Transport - it was the the middle price compared to the other transport providers. I placed my order after talking to a transport speciaist who answered my questions about pickup and delivery times. He asked me questions about my delivery goals - which I liked. Lynnette was my CSR and she was very helpfull and was able to make a quick truck assignment to get my vehicle picked-up. I was very impressed with the service I received and the communication updates that were sent to me via email. Overall I was very happy with the service and was glad I chose a company who was able to get the job done quickly and damage free - and an added bonus of keeping me informed as my delivery status changed will bring me back the next time I ship a vehicle.
