After recieving a sales "cold call" soliciting my business-I decided to give Express a shot.After recieving the "fair" quote they aggressively called(7 times)wanting to lock the freight up for dispatch.I told them my usual carrier was honest and promt at delivery,but I believe in giving other businesses an oppertunity,so I signed their form.I had not heard or seen my car come in so I decided to call my rep at Express only to find out the car had not even been picked-up!This was very disturbing-after all it had been 14 days!!I could not understand that the same company who called me 7 times for my business had not once called me to update the progess or lack of progress on my freight.I understand mistakes happen,but this was my first experience with EXPRESS AUTO DELIVERY,and it was not a good one.
