Allen at Expert Express was courteous, friendly and professional. I did not believe the almost impossible promises he made to me regarding delivery time. He picked up the car within 24 hours when all other carriers wanted 5-7 business days before pick up. Then he put in writing when the car would be delivered and I did not believe he could pull it off. 6-8 other carriers told me they could not give me a delivery date; it would come 6-10 business days after pick up. Not only did Allen keep his promise but the car arrived a day early!!
I wanted the driver to pick a drop off site convenient for him, like all other drivers insist upon, that I have used before. Not wanting to inconvenience me, the driver brought the car to my front door, and I live in a large metro area in a big condo building. Perfect in every way and the car did not have a scratch on it. Unbelieveable. When I walked outside, the driver already had the car off the trailer and running. All I had to do was get in and drive it into the garage. He did everything but wax it!!! Expert Express Auto Transport gets a score of 100 from me. Also, Haraka transport deserves an A+ as well.
