HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Expedia transport has rude workers and they are horrible at their job. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up on Saturday and supposedly there was an "accident" with the towing truck, Cossete said she'll give us a call back when the vehicle will be picked up that day. She never called me back and it's already been couple days. I've been calling her and left her voice messages. My wife even called costumer service to complain, but the "manager" was being rude also. I never got a quote sent to my email and I even planned my car to be towed two weeks ahead. They need to update their site and please do not go with Expedia transport!!! They don't care how their customers feel or their concerns. Worst business ever and it really needs to shut down. No stars for them!!!

We do our very best to satisfy all customers however there are many things out of our control we are not the trucking company and the truck was not in an accident as the customer says he was told that he was not there was an accident and it had traffic delayed for many hours and we tried to help this customer but they had made up their that to cancel with us. And no one was rude to them but we cannot satisfy everyone no matter how hard you try
