We do our very best to satisfy all customers however there are many things out of our control we are not the trucking company and the truck was not in an accident as the customer says he was told that he was not there was an accident and it had traffic delayed for many hours and we tried to help this customer but they had made up their that to cancel with us. And no one was rude to them but we cannot satisfy everyone no matter how hard you try
