Very Straightforward Service

Originally booked transportation of an Alfa Romeo from Pennsylvania to California through Montway Auto Transport. Contract got awarded to Exotic Carriers (NJ). Mike called to setup time to get the car. Met the driver, Jose, the following morning. I have shipped many cars for years, and I will say, Jose was very thorough in his inspection. I knew some small cosmetic issues which I pointed out, but it is always best for both parties be very detailed on the original paperwork as to any and all issues with a car prior to shipping. This, I definitely appreciated! I wish all drivers were as detailed as him! Jose was very professional, courteous, and very effective with communication. Once Jose took the car, he became the point of contact. When coordinating timing and dropping off car, he was very prompt in returning calls/texts.
Overall experience was very good. I don't know how some people have bad experiences with this company, but I personally, will definitely use them again. Many thanks to Jose!!!
