The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered on time. The price was the most reasonable I could find at the time, almost 20 percent lower than the nearest competitor. The vehicle was a bit dirty when it was delivered, however, their claims department (Jon Ward) handled the matter very professionally. The vehicle was professionally cleaned inside and out, picked up from and dropped back to my residence with minimum disruption. I am very pleased with the overall experience.
