Ok,

I was contacted by the owner of the company and given an apology and we did receive our initial 150.00 back from them for the issues. I was told that the persons involved do not work there any more and I said that I would fix the review. I hope that this was a one time issue and it has been worked out. I have upgraded there review and below you can see what happened. I do feel that they have tried to get the issues resolved and the owner did speak with me several times.

I was given a quote for moving a van from New York to Arkansas. The quote was for 950.00. That was the lowest cost of all the quotes I got, so we (my company) decided to go with it. We paid the 150.00 to the Exclusive Auto Carriers salesman to get the ball rolling. The first problem: Was told a date of P/U that did not happen. I got told that no carrier would P/U the vehicle for the amount and he asked to raise it 50.00. The owner said no. I then got a call that said that there was a company picking up the van the next week, it would be here in 3 days. No problem. I then get a call from the carrier saying he was a day early and wanted to know when we could accept the vehicle. I spoke with him and then asked about the balance, he then told me the balance was 1150.00 a whole 350.00 MORE than was negotiated. I called the broker Andy @ Exclusive Auto Carriers to find out what the deal was. He proceeds to tell me that he could not get anyone to pick up the vehicle for that amount and he bumped it up and forgot to call because he was so busy this time of year. I work in the sales dept. for my company, if I quote something and have to buy it for more than the quote I eat it. My fault not my customers. Now the owner is on vacation so his son spoke to Andy and I guess agreed to the terms which is his right, but as for me, NO. I would not have agreed and that is false and misleading information and strong arm tactics that I think our attorney general needs to know about. I will be sending an email to that department to let them know of the deceptive practices of this company.

Mr Boyd we have fully refunded you due to you not being happy with our services that we did provide the car was moved just 2 days later than expected. Thank you for being a wonderful customer
