Vehicle picked up 26 hours late. Driver vulgar and rude. Broker not available to resolve differences when picked up. Driver was given incorrect address ($100 fee) and not informed of ladder rack and tool box clearly discussed when contract was signed (another $200 fee). Driver damaged driver side window so truck is currently traveling across the country in inclement weather with window down. Scared to death just how many other fees I will have before my truck gets delivered, and they refuse to bring it to the original destination. I need to pick it up 30 miles away. I called Exceptional Auto and told them everything that went wrong and asked them to at least intervene with driver to make sure my truck was delivered. I received no assurance of help, no apology for the experience or even an empathy statement. The "Customer No Service" troglodyte that took my call, (Geri just wasn't available) told me to write an email to accounting and they would forward it to corporate. She then promptly hung up on me. At this point I have zero confidence in how many lawyers guns and money I am going to need to get my truck, if I ever do again. I will keep you posted though.
