Had contacted another transport company on Wednesday and told them needed car picked up on Monday. When noone showed up called them on Monday and they said maybe could get someone on Tuesday but no guarantee but if could find another carrier go ahead. Contacted Kelly and she told me she would guarantee a carrier on Wednesday (2 days). She sounded honest and sincere so I took a chance with them and received a call on Wednesday that the carrier would be there in a couple hours. Car was picked up as promised by Kelly and arrived in Florida with no problems. Kelly was very professional in her handling of my car. Carrier driver was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Will keep information for future shipments with both Exceptional Auto Transport and the carrier. Thanks Kelly for keeping to your word and excellent service. It is nice to know you can count on people's word in a situation like this.
