Beware of companies who offer lower prices to lure in customers, such as this one. After two weeks and still no shipping date set, it was apparent I was a victim of the old "bait and switch" routine. As a consumer and someone who's not in the transportation business, I relied on the expertise and advice of this company. Over a two week period, not a single trucking company came close to accepting the initial shipping quote I was given, and the only options presented to me were at much higher prices. I'd have thought a company who specializes in transportation should know the "market rates" for one of the most heavily traveled routes in the US. Needless to say I would NOT recommend.
