Please don't use this company, especially if you are military. I should have listened to the other reviews. Also is you look on the BBB website they are labeled as an "F", and are not affiliated with the BBB. First off it sounds great, lower price and you give them a window of time to pick up the car. Then the switch comes, they "can't get a driver to your area", or "we are really working with you to get you this truck".
Facts... I live 45 minutes down a major truck route past Kansas City, drivers come here all the time. Actually as my wife and I drove from Utah to Missouri (since she was forced last minute to drive her car, we passed TONS of empty or half empty car haulers, many with Missouri plates!
...Last minute they will suddenly have a truck ready and boy did they do you a favor....(that was sarcasm on my part)...But it will cost you more money, and they will help you out by paying half of the increase. A reputable company would pay the entire difference to keep your business.
....Then when you cancel out of principle as I did, you will receive multiple sales calls trying to get you back, and spend that extra money, because they really worked to get you that truck. By the way they will keep your deposit for doing nothing. Also the increase will be blamed on the "driver" not them. Yeah right. Funny how other transport companies were already at that price, I should have known.
As an active Military person who moves all the time, I implore you NOT to use this company. I especially ask other military members to NOT use them, you spend enough money moving. Do better research that I did and go with one rated with the BBB. Thanks for your time.
