I had problems wit another company not picking up my car than I got a call from Exceptional and I really didn't want to trust anyone and the sales rep I spoke with put me on the phone with the Owner Jason and he was very understanding in what happen to me. He told me he would not charge me a dime until he called me back with my drivers name and phone # and in about 1 day he called me back with all the information he promised me. He even went a step further for me and said he would stay on top of the transport of my car for me. Thank you so much Jason for all your help. Now I no why your company has that name.
