Horrible customer service and just blatant liars, especially Kelly. Car wasn't picked up as scheduled, Kelly said she would take care of it and didn't. Was charged a pick- up fee for refusing a pick up when the driver wasn't even in town. The driver they finally got told me I couldn't load anything in my car when Kelly told me I could. The driver's wife stated my trunk was full of stuff when it was empty and only 2 boxes were in the back seat. We filed a complaint with the BBB! Do not use this company!! I was afraid to give the driver's wife my keys cause I was afraid I would never see my car again! Kelly believed everything the driver's wife said and refused to refund any money! They are anything but EXCEPTIONAL!!!
