Coming from a hospitality background and business owner myself, I know the importance of customer service. Upon making phone contact with Exceptional Auto Transport, I knew my search for a transportation service was found. Dealing with Jason ( the owner / opp. ) was like dealing with a friend of 20 plus years. Honest, professional and to the point with no attempts to up-sell or padding of bills. The timing of pick-up and delivery was perfect as promised and the condition of my car was perfect as well. E.A.T. was a real find and when ever I should need transport service again in the future, they will be the only company I will contact. They made a personal difficult situation very easy and one less thing for me to worry about. I highly recommend Exceptional Auto Transport. I can't thank them enough !!
