The transport cost was $675, which I didn’t mind and I was extremely impressed by the customer service. The employee was very nice and understanding. I was comfortable because I knew my car would be safe. I’m not really a picky person so I didn’t mind the opened trunk carrier. I really appreciated the good customer service and when I received my car there were no damages. I was able to pick my car up 2 days after it had been picked up. I need everything done in a timely fashion and Exceptional Auto Transport did that. When they came to pick my car up they were prompt with any paper work that needed to be done and they made me feel like my car was safe with them. I defiantly recommend them to other because I know that extremely scary things can go through your head when someone else is transporting your car, but when your cars with them, it’s safe. If I were to move again I would definitely make sure that they were my first call if I need my car transported. I really appreciate that the company was honest about cost and didn’t have any hidden fee’s.
