This is the question I keep asking myself after the delivery of my units at Bayonne Port. I was very skeptical at 1st when I was contacted by John. I read through the reviews I searched through google and bounced on this platform. If I had not searched a company before them with bad reviews, I would have said these reviews were formulated. John was very calm, knowledgeable, on-time on calls as promised as well as e-mails. I never knew there could be a truthful company like this. He gave me a reasonable price, tried and later called me I needed to increase my budget which was even still the lowest I got. I was very shocked when he told me my cars will be picked up that same night despite the fact that I stay very far away from town. Exceptional, as the name states! You are the best so far. I work with many shippers and I will advertise you as much as I can. You ve got my back. Keep the good work up. Thanks to you John and thanks for the lady (I forgot her name) that called me for port address. I really appreciate your job well done. I recommend anyone reading this review to use Exceptional Auto Transports. Dont even think twice. Im sure you will do same as I am doing right now because I am just so glad and happy...
