When I decided to use this company, I was worried and very skeptical of the "broker" issues I had previously with 2 other companies, BUT I spoke with Jason and he got me set up with a driver and within a few hours I had all the driver information and phone numbers to the hauling company and the driver. A few communication lines were tangled between this company, the hauling company and myself, but ultimately my car was picked up and dropped off (SAFELY) and Jason was able to make the transport happen, so aside from the slight confusions (that was taken care of) the job at hand was completed nicely. The driver and hauling company owners/dispatchers that were assinged for my transport were very pleasant to work with and the driver seemed very cautious and polite.
