These ladies are amazing and very professional. This was my first experience ever transporting a car. I contacted so many transport companies before I chose excellent autotransport. Those who were reliable, they were very expensive (priced around $750) and those who offered a lower price, weren't reliable. I almost signed a contract with a company with 4 stars before I found the inconsistency with their reviews. Then I came across this company that had consistently good reviews. They don't even ask for a deposit until your vehicle is picked up physically. That interested me in them. Bernie explained me everything very thoroughly. I wanted my car in Brooklyn but she suggested me to get it delivered in north jersey as it is more economical and more carriers are available so you don't have to keep waiting. That was a wise advise. They call you at least 4-5hours in advance before your car is picked up. My vehicles was picked up on 7th day after I talked to her for the first time. She gave me an idea about realistic prices that a carrier looks for. They don't have their own trucks like a bigger companies but they only work with reliable carriers. My car was picked up and delivered on time AND WITHOUT any scratch. I paid $100 electronically after my car was picked up and $425 directly to the truck driver on delivery. If you are looking for a fair price and honest people, go for excellent autotransport.
