I'm giving 2 stars because Ray and driver were nice. However don't be peer pressured. Ray called me 2x saying the driver has another delivery to do and driver said his truck was overheating. I paid $1,100 to move a fifth wheel trailer less than a 100 miles only for the job to be 95% complete. The road trailer needed to be parked at was steep and narrow. I explained this verbally and written AND took a video. Driver had no idea what to expect. And Now I have to pay someone else a couple hundred dollars to back up the trailer .25 miles. Why did I hire you guys??? I'm so frustrated because I texted and emailed Ray with no response back. That was Saturday 10/22/22. I want everything in writing if you respond
