My daughter attends the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. We had originally used this company to ship the car from New Jersey to Ann Arbor back in August. This time we needed the car shipped back home from Ann Arbor to New Jersey. It was a pleasure dealing with Evergreen. When I originally called to make the arrangements, I gave them a target pickup date. As many of you know, when you are dealing with your kids, they can be very indecisive. My daughter kep changing the date that she wanted the car picked up and the folks at Evergreen were very patient with us. As they say, the third time is the charm. They told us when the driver would be there to pick up the car, gave us his name and contact phone number. When he got close to the area, he called my daughter and confirmed the time that he would be there to pick up the car. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, inspected the car and the car arrived back in New Jersey on the expected date that he told my daughter. The car was picked up on a Friday but because of the holiday weekend, we received it on a Tuesday, which was fine. The driver had my cell phone number and simply called me on Tuesday and told me what time to expect him. It was a pleasure dealing with Evergreen.
