Typically, I would avoid a situation where pick up & delivery are "estimated". However, after speaking with Brenda at Evergreen, I felt a little better about the process. Brenda was very knowledgable and took the time to answer each of my many questions. She offered some tips on navigating through the process and I felt that she was being genuine during the sales process. As a manager of a team of guest service/sales individuals I know when service is poor and I'm very happy to say that was not the case when dealing with Brenda. Relocating is a stressful process in the least and even though the product requires a "tentative" sort of schedule Evergreen did their best to minimize any negative effect on the customer.
