ALWAYS COMMUNICATED WITH ME. I WAS NEVER LEFT IN DARK AS THE PROCESS COMPLETED. THIS WAS A DIFFICULT PLACEMENT AND THE WHOLE CREW WERE DILIGENT IN THEIR ATTEMPTS TO ASSIST ME. I WOULD DEFINATELY CALL KATIE AND HER GROUP AGAIN FOR ASSISTANCE AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OTHERS IF THEY HAVE A NEED FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.
