I recently shipped my vehicle from a city close to St. Louis to Laguna, CA and I must admit, I was EXTREMELY nervous about shipping. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I was a little unsure if I could trust the shipper. First and foremost, I would like to state that Evergreen was amazing. I called quite a few shippers looking for quotes and the biggest key for me was communication. Out of the 15 other transport agencies, Evergreen was the ONLY one to have a live person EVERY time I called. The customer service was always friendly and no matter how many questions and concerns I had, the staff had an answer. I expressed my nervousness as well as my concerns and Jeff walked me through the entire process. He told me that basically, their company locate drivers, and from there, they will ship my car. The driver that picked up my vehicle was on time. Delivery only took 4 days, which was fairly fast in my opinion, BUT I was contacted by the shipper, not Evergreen, that my car would be here the next day. I was excited. When I called the driver, he told me that he would not be here til day 3. No big deal. So I waited until around 6pm that next day, still no news on car. At this time I became worried so I contact the driver and he told me that he was an hour away but was tired, so my car would not be here until the next day. I found this to be extremely unprofessional because I was promised my vehicle this day and I was not going to be available the next, so I drove an hour with a friend to pick up my vehicle personally. The driver was kind but I was a little angry that I had to drive. Nonetheless, my car arrived safely and the experience was over excellent. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERGREEN TO EVERYONE READING THIS. 10/10. As far as the company that shipped my car, I'd rate 8/10.
