My daughter moved to California and contracted with a different carrier to transport the car there. They only had excuse after excuse on why they could not pick up the car. In the end, they did not get the car and stopped returning phone messages.

My daughter had already moved to California but the car was still in Pennsylvania. I found Evergreen on line and spoke with Katie who assured me that they would take care of the situation. The price was fair and she was up front with everything including who the carrier would be and provided names and telephone numbers.

Katie would call and let me know the status of when the car would be picked up. Unfortunately, we had an ice storm and the truck was encased with ice and the pick up was delayed. But Evergreen called me to tell me this. I did not have to leave messages to find out what was going on.

The car arrived - dirty from the trip - but that was to be expected.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the professionalism, the up front quote, calling me with status updates and Katie who would keep me informed. If I had to recommend a transport company, Evergreen would be the first and only company I would recommend. They are the best - Katy is the best.
